What’s different about EXPRESS wigs?

Express wigs are pre-customized and styled, so there’s no 30–45 day production time. These units are glueless, beginner-friendly, and crafted by licensed cosmetologists—bleached knots, tailored hairlines, and styled to perfection. They’re ready for same-week shipping or salon pickup.
Can I come try it on before buying?

Yes!You’re welcome to visit our Dallas salon and try on any available HOUS Express unit. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday–Thursday, or you can book a private consult for a more personalized experience.
Can I still customize it further?

Absolutely.While each unit is fully wearable out the box, you can bring it back in for custom color, cuts, or styling upgrades for an additional fee. Think of it as a luxury base that you can make your own.

What’s the return/exchange policy?

We have a 5 day return policy which means, you have 5 days after receiving your wig to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee on the original wig price. Services like sizing, color, cut, thinning, etc. costs are non refundable.
