I ordered my unit for Black Friday and the processing time was a little over a week and shipping took two days! (thought it would take longer) Prior to the transaction I booked a consultation, my representative was knowledgable, well spoken with a polished appearance. She took notes and made my entire process effortless. Customer service was top tier and for that reason I traveled 5 1/2 hrs just to receive the complete Hous of Wigs experience. This is my first wig and it is everything i hoped it would be, I absolutely love my custom unit! The quality of the hair is of the highest even after coloring it, its soft, bouncy and dense. I wanted heavy layers and Erin Scissorhands left no crumbs! My hair is so beautiful I could not stop looking at myself. I had such a great time at the salon with the ladies they really took great care of me. I can describe the energy of the salon as clean, light, positive, and its was safe space to relax in my softness. I left the salon a new woman, looking exquisite and feeling divine! Thank you Hous of Wigs for such a supreme experience and for transforming my look!

I never wore wigs before. I just never found the perfect size for my head. All wigs I ever tried was either too tight, didn’t fit properly & was just too uncomfortable or something was just off. Then i tried Erin’s wigs and I never looked back. So comfortable & most importantly for me breathable and very very easy to maintain. Wigs look natural and are of great quality. Never seen wigs this comfortable and breathable. Best wigs I have ever worn. Literally changed my life and Will highly recommend.

I'm obsessed with my hair. 5 stars!! After getting my extensions out (and losing a lot of ) I was struggling to find a style that worked and looked natural. I'm obsessed with my u part wig - you can't tell me it's not my hair! Erin is also so nice and genuine and her studio is stunning!!
