Processing time means the time is take of us to tailor your wig to your specifications. -

If you add TAILOR IT service (customizing) to your BASE WIG, please add 5 business days to the processing time.

We have a 5 day return policy which means, you have 5 days after receiving your wig to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee on the original wig price if your return is not a warehouse error.
